Our Vision

We aim to be the preferred Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering and Project Management service provider within the public and private sectors throughout Southern Africa, to grow our professional team to offer a broad spectrum of Engineering and Management Consulting services to become the preferred Professional Service Provider using sound engineering judgement and economic efficiency in the entire project life cycle. By employing our own resources and in partnership with strategic alliances, where required.

Ownership & Management

The company is a level 1 B-BBEE contributor with 135% procurement recognition level and is headed by a dynamic, motivated and efficient team currently led by our Director, Mr Premesh Jagganath (Pr.Tech.Eng). Premesh Jagganath is assisted experienced professionals, and other capable staff.

Human Resources Development

Managed by Previously Disadvantaged Individuals, this firm is totally committed to capacity building and succession planning. We firmly believe that further education and training with a strong emphasis on development of the individual is the foundation to success of the individual.

We have employed in-service students to provide experiential training with a view to capacity building and succession planning. The company has taken a leading role in the recruitment and training of Previously or Historically Disadvantaged Individuals. We recognise the social and financial imbalances of our society and seek to apply capacity building and training initiatives to address these areas.

We believe that affirmative action and capacity building is a commitment to develop individuals to be able to make a difference in the built environment.
